The following gives a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website or use our app. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.
Appolution GbR is responsible. You will find the contact details in the section "Information on the Controller" in this privacy policy.
When you open this website, technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, requested page, time, browser) is processed by our hosting provider so that the page can be delivered. Beyond that, we only receive data you give us yourself, for example when you send us an email.
This website sets no cookies, stores no information on your device, embeds no third-party content or scripts, and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke it at any time for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
You can contact us at any time about this and any other questions on data protection.
This website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Workers). To do so, Cloudflare processes in particular your IP address, the requested URL, the date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system and the referrer URL. Cloudflare may also instruct your browser to send reports about failed connections to Cloudflare (Network Error Logging). We do not store server log files ourselves and do not combine this data with other data sources.
The processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing our website securely, quickly and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare; Cloudflare processes the data only on our instructions.
As Cloudflare is based in the USA, personal data may be transferred to the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), under which Cloudflare is certified, and additionally on the Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Cloudflare's privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
The controller responsible for data processing is:
Appolution GbR
Steinwaldstr. 10
34626 Neukirchen
Germany
Phone: +4915678362664
Email: datenschutz@appolution.de
The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, email addresses). We have not appointed a data protection officer because we are not legally required to do so.
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose of the processing no longer applies. If you make a justified request for deletion or revoke your consent, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in that case, deletion takes place once those reasons no longer apply.
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If your data is required to perform a contract or to take pre-contractual measures, we process it on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We also process your data where this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Processing may also be based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legal basis relevant in each case is stated in the individual sections of this privacy policy.
We only pass personal data to external parties if this is necessary to perform a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. passing data to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or if another legal basis permits it. We only use processors on the basis of a data processing agreement; each is named in this privacy policy.
You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.
IF THE DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA CONCERNED UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION UNDER ART. 21(1) GDPR).
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING INSOFAR AS IT IS RELATED TO SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL NO LONGER BE USED FOR DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION UNDER ART. 21(2) GDPR).
In the event of a breach of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. This right exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies. The authority competent for us is:
Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Hesse Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information)
Wilhelmstraße 7, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany
P.O. Box 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden
https://datenschutz.hessen.de
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done where technically feasible.
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time about this and other questions on personal data.
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us about this at any time. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data – apart from its storage – may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar starting with "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.
If you contact us by email or phone, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries sent to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose for storing it no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been dealt with). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
Our email mailboxes are hosted by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany, with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement.
